Abbotsford Store Manager

RETAIL STORE MANAGER | RB Sellars Country Retailer

Our newly opened Abbotsford store is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic store manager with a minimum 2 years' experience in retail management. A great salary package and fantastic employee discounts will be offered to right candidate.

Together, our brand has moved from a traditional catalogue based brand supporting broader Australia and growing international markets, we now service a loyal customer base across Victoria and NSW with 6 retail stores, field days, sponsorship and via a booming ecommerce retailer.

The perfect fit

We’re looking for someone with a genuine approach to sales and down to earth customer service. Someone with a sense of humour, positive attitude, and ability to lead, manage and inspire.

The role 

  • Support customers with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Mentor and manage team development
  • Get creative with merchandising and managing inventory
  • Schedule rosters and staffing requirements
  • Mage cash flow and daily reconciliations
  • Effective management and communication of store operations

 Key to success

  • A keen eye for detail and garment knowledge
  • Experience managing stock levels and reports
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • PC skills including Microsoft Office
  • A deep understanding and passion for the retail industry
