Retail Sales Assistants

We have opportunities for passionate Retail Sales Assistants to be part of our Ballarat, Bendigo, Tamworth, Townsville & Toowoomba stores to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote our product and be enthusiastic in driving sales to achieve targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To engage with and provide exceptional customer service to our loyal customers
• Work as a team promoting the RB Sellars brand
• The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
• Assist with up keep and merchandise the layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards

ABOUT YOU

• A love of the country and a passion for our product
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage our customer
• A positive, happy disposition, sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
• A desire to learn all facets of fashion retail (Some experience in retail preferred)
• Able to work regularly on weekends
